Valencia required a heroic late comeback to beat third division Terrassa during the week in the Copa del Rey. Javi Gracia’s men were trailing 2-0 with 10 minutes to play after being reduced to 10 men, but goals from Carlos Soler and Yunus Musah forced extra-time before Goncalo Guedes notched a brace to send them through. The club are winless in their last four LaLiga matches since beating Real Madrid at the beginning of November. Valencia 14th in the table to begin the afternoon and need to find their form to distance themselves from the relegation zone.

Barcelona have made up vital ground in LaLiga with back-to-back victories over the last week. Lionel Messi scored the only goal of the game to overcome Levante. Barca were then required to come from behind to defeat Real Sociedad, and were able to pull off a vital win courtesy of goals from Jordi Alba and Frenkie de Jong. The challenges keep on coming for Ronald Koeman’s men, but another victory would put them in contention at the top of the table.

Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of LaLiga clash between Barcelona and Valencia at Camp Nou.
